Introducing enhanced security for passwords and squashed bugs to keep things sailing smoothly into the start of the new school year.

What's New

• Enhanced password requirements have been introduced to boost security. Existing passwords remain unaffected and only new passwords need to meet the updated criteria:
  • Password minimum is 8 characters.
  • Password must contain a lowercase letter, capital letter, number, and a special character.
     
• Updates to the Remittance Export:
  • The Category summary section of the remittance export now includes application and ad hoc categories. 
  • Additionally, we have improved the consistency of how payments are displayed.

Bug Fixes

• Completing the contact photo upload checklist item was triggering an unintended automatic status change.
   
• In Automatic Communication Plans, the "send to" section for selecting recipients was not saving selections. However, the communications were still being sent.
   
• (Affected schools using FACTS) The FACTS checklist item did not automatically update to completed status after parents clicked 'Go to FACTS Tuition Management' and set up their account.
   
• The amount displayed in the footer message on payment pages has been updated to accurately reflect the total amount including the convenience fee.
