This month's updates include improvements to billing, payments, and some important bug fixes. Check out what's new!

What's New

• Billing: We’ve updated the Revenue Recognition report! This revamp ensures that the report gives you much better data for tracking your revenue.
   
• Payments: The Payments user interface has received a glow-up! Check out this video for a preview: Parent Help Center Video: Make a Payment
   
• Contracts: We adjusted how Payer-Specific assistance/fee line items appear on the contract. For payer-specific fees, if aid or a fee is applied to only one parent, the fee line item will be hidden from the parent who did not receive the aid or adjustment. Please note that this update affects the parent-facing contract only. Updates for the PDF version of the contract are coming soon.
  • Example:
    • Parent A: $100 in the Mystery Club Scholarship field
    • Parent B: $0.0 in the Mystery Club Scholarship field
    • On the contract, parent A will see the $100 scholarship line item and parent B will not see the line item at all. 

Bug Fixes

• Bulk Edits: We resolved an issue that prevented students from updating correctly when bulk status updates were made.
   
• Advanced Form Editor: A fix was implemented for a bug in the advanced form editor that was truncating the words in the field type options dropdown.
   
• Billing: A bug that was preventing users from making a payment on behalf of a parent while impersonating them has been resolved.
