What's New

• Billing: New merge tokens have been added that allow you to display convenience fee information in email templates, forms, and parent portal content.
   
• Billing: We’ve upgraded the AR Aging Report to improve load times and report functionality.
   
• Billing: The Incremental Billing Activity Report now includes a totals row at the bottom of the report, both when viewed in Finalsite Enrollment and when exported.
   
• Payments: Swiss Franc (CHF) and United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) have been added as currencies for Payments schools.
   
• Calendars & Scheduling: We’ve added an email alert that can be sent to you anytime a parent reschedules an event. In order to receive this automatic communication, you must enable Immediate Calendar Notifications for the calendar on the User Notifications page.
   
• Admin Portal Accounts: You can now manage admin access more efficiently with permission groups in the Admin Permission Groups page. Instead of assigning individual permissions every time you create a new admin account, you can simply assign them to a pre-defined permission group.
   
• Admissions: We’ve added the ability for you to set an automatic open/close time frame and/or a maximum capacity for grades within a term. These criteria can either trigger the grade to be removed as an option from the apply grade dropdown within a form, OR the grade(s) can remain as an option, and students applying to them can be automatically waitlisted. Bug Fixes

• Billing: There was a bug in the AR Aging report that prevented it from displaying the second page of results when exported. This has been resolved!
