What’s New

• A new report is available under the Search & Reports menu: the Reader Scores Report. This report lists all students in review and includes a column for each rating criteria category. Read more in our Reader Scores Report article!

Bug Fixes

• In the Portal Welcome email for new account creators, the first name merge token was broken and did not display the account creator’s name. This has been fixed!
• Our vendor experienced an issue that caused some ACH transactions to fail. This has now been resolved. The failed transactions have been reprocessed, and affected parents and schools were notified.
