We've rolled out three fantastic enhancements that will make managing your finances smoother and more efficient than ever. Plus, we've made some helpful tweaks to contact records and squashed a few bugs to ensure everything runs like a dream. Dive in to see how these updates can make your life easier!

What's New

• Billing: Three big additions!
  • The Billing Setup page now includes fields for Fiscal Year Start and End Months. To ensure the best reporting data, please be sure to enter the start and end months for your fiscal year within Settings > Financial > Billing Setup > (Revenue Recognition section.)
     
  • Custom revenue recognition dates have been moved to the individual category level within the Billing Categories page. When in place on a category, these will override the global dates set within the Billing Setup page.
     
  • We’ve also added a brand new billing report! Located in Billing > Incremental Billing Activity Report, this report displays the total value that is agreed to be paid for each billing category (including charges and aid.) It allows you to track changes in revenue in real time.
     
• Contact Records: We have updated the address field labels for improved clarity. "Address 1" is now "Address Line 1," and "Address 2" is now "Address Line 2/apt/suite."

Bug Fixes

• Review:
  • We resolved an issue in the Reader Scores report that prevented it from correctly filtering by grade. 
     
  • In addition, we corrected a bug where reader reports did not update correctly when candidates were removed from being assigned to a reader.
    
     
• Billing: An issue preventing the Billing Category report (Billing > Billing Reports > Billing Category Report) from displaying the accurate number of students when exported was also resolved by our team.
