From a smarter Search experience to improved billing exports, these updates are designed to save you time and simplify your daily tasks. Read on to learn more about all of the amazing improvements!

What's New

• Waitlist: The Waitlist page is now available under the Admissions menu on all sites with our Admissions module.  Previously, our team would have to enable the feature. Now, it is available to all schools automatically!
  • For schools that are utilizing waitlists for prospective students, you also have the option to add the student’s waitlist number to their record!
     
• Payments:  We have added online payment processing (Credit Cards) for Thai Bhat! This only applies to schools that must process their payments in Thai Bhat. 
   
• Calendars & Scheduling: On both the Admin and Parent sides, duplicate bookings for the same calendar event will now display as part of the checklist item. 
   
• Billing: The “Total” rows have been removed from the CSV exports of the Ledger, In School Payments, and Billing Category reports. This change ensures your calculated totals stay accurate, giving you cleaner, clearer data.
   
• Search: Search just got smarter! Now, it’s easier than ever to navigate and view information in large searches.
  • Update 1: The first column (name) will stay put as you scroll to the right to see the results.
  • Update 2: The table header at the top of the search results will stay in place when you scroll down. (The table header is the grey label above the search that labels the information (i.e. Contact, Household, Parent, etc.)
  • Update 3: The change/display column pop-up window has been given a glow-up! Both the List and List with Groupings options have been updated.
