Get ready for billing improvements that will simplify your tracking! Plus, we’ve added exciting enhancements to Finalsite Explore and made a small but impactful upgrade to the Search tool!

What's New

• Billing: In the Schedule Tab on a parent’s record, we’ve updated the layout to show payment totals below the columns, so that you can view monthly totals more easily.
   
• Billing: We’ve made it required to select a contact and a term when adding charges, credits, or payments to the ledger. (For account-level charges, choosing a term is also required.)
   
• Permissions: We’ve updated the Financial menu permissions so that any Admin-level user can access the Billing Categories page under Settings > Financial > Billing Categories.
   
• Search & Reports: We’ve renamed 'Contact Record Data (everything else)' to 'All other fields' in the Search feature. This option is used to search by field values within your site.
   
• Finalsite Explore: You can now see which inquiries came from Finalsite Explore! In the forms inbox and reports, inquiries from Explore will be labeled as 'Explore Inquiry.' This is in addition to the existing feature that marks applications from Explore as 'Explore Applicant.'
   
• Finalsite Explore: We’ve added two new filters to the Explore page of Finalsite Explore! Once a school group is selected, 2 new dropdowns appear, allowing the visitors to filter the group by program and grade.
