We’re always seeking improvements! This week, we’ve made adjustments to help you manage fields better, simplify search functions, and enhance parent navigation for clients using a custom domain to Explore.

What's New

• Fields: Term-based fields can now only be mapped to students in forms. If term-based is checked in the field edit pop-up, the field can only be mapped to the CHILD entity (not PARENT, CONSULTANT, etc.) within a form.
   
• ​​Finalsite Explore (Custom Subdomain): For schools using a custom subdomain for Finalsite Explore, the "Back to Finalsite Explore" button in the Parent Portal will direct parents to your custom Explore page.

Bug Fixes

• Search & Reports: We’ve made a small improvement for activity items and calendars. Now, even if they have the same internal name, you can display them separately as columns in a search. Previously, if you added a calendar as a column, the activity with the same internal name would show up too, and you couldn’t remove it.
