We've got some great updates for you to check out, including the ability to add a cookie consent pop-up to your site and showcase your programs in Finalsite Explore!

What's New

• Finalsite Explore Programs list: For schools utilizing Finalsite Explore, we’ve built a Programs field into the Finalsite Explore Content setup page. When you add a program on that page it will display for parents when they are checking out your Explore page so they can see all of the cool things you offer!
   
• Analytics Tracking with GA4: A new ID field for Termly has been added to the Parent Portal Content Page. Termly is a consent pop-up that asks users to provide consent for data tracking. It can be enabled by setting up a free account through the Termly website. Check out our new article, Adding a Cookie Consent Banner (Termly),  for step-by-step guidance on setting this up. 
   
• Billing: We’ve narrowed the reach of the Rate Change email! With this update, the email will only be sent to autopay parents who have upcoming charges attached to their accounts. This prevents the communication from going out to families who are no longer active with your school.

Bug Fixes

• Billing: We implemented a fix to make sure that statements are available for any year that holds charges (including future years).
