For the end of summer, we’ve got a mix of visibility improvements, a refreshed calendar experience, and a long list of fixes that came directly from what schools flagged to us. Highlights include group-level announcements in Finalsite Explore, admin access to tax statements, and support for 3D Secure card verification for our schools in Europe. As always, thank you to everyone who reported an issue or shared feedback! Nearly every item below started with a school sharing a real need with us.

What's New

• Group Description in Finalsite Explore: School groups can now display a description above their school list. A short title appears with a "Learn More" link that opens the full message, which supports text formatting, images, and links.
   
• 3D Secure Card Verification: Card payments requiring 3D Secure authentication can now complete successfully. This is standard for most cards in Europe, and a small percent of US cards.
   
• Updated Calendar Interface: Refreshed look with higher button contrast. Days with a lot of time slots will open in a modal to view all appointments rather than crowding the day view in the calendar grid.
   
• Tax Statements Available to Admins: Previously parent-only; Admins can now view and retrieve them from each parent's ledger.
   
• Grade Column in the AR Aging Report: Grades have been added as a column within the report so that grade filtered results will now show the selected options for each student.
   
• Recent Notes & Activities Ordering: Order flipped on the hover view of Notes & Activities within List Pages to match how teams scan them from newest to oldest.

Bug Fixes

• Explore Search Distance: We've resolved an issue where distance was no longer displayed in Finalsite Explore search results following a recent speed optimization.
   
• Explore Content Page Programs: We've resolved an issue where programs did not load on the Finalsite Explore page for all users.
   
• Explore Login Page: Clicking the logo on an Explore site with login disabled no longer takes the user to the login page.
   
• Explore Translations: Some page content in Finalsite Explore was not being picked up for translation. Weglot now translates the full page.
   
• Parent Portal Language Flag: Removing a language flag in Weglot is now correctly reflected in the Parent Portal.
   
• AR Report Term Selector: The "All Terms" filter option in the AR Report now returns the correct results.
   
• Grade Deactivation: We've resolved an issue that prevented a grade from being deactivated when students not in a workflow were assigned to it. Grade deactivation now correctly ignores those contacts.
   
• Form Dropdowns on Mac computers: We've resolved an issue where dropdown menus in Forms were not opening for some users on Mac computers.
