Mobile upgrade for Explore, SSN masking, and performance boosts – it's all here!

What's New

• Finalsite Explore: We’ve improved the mobile experience for Finalsite Explore users by updating the navigation links at the top of the page. Click here to view a GIF of what Explore looks like on mobile now: https://fnlst.com/i/ZTihhF 

• Permissions Update: Anyone who has been set up with a User account and who also has no permissions assigned to them will now still be able to access the Search & Reports menu. Here’s a GIF showing what a User with no permissions sees when they log in: https://fnlst.com/i/vhAH4a

• Social Security Number Privacy: SSN numbers are now masked by default, displaying only the last four digits for enhanced data protection. In addition, an internal log is kept of anyone who opts to view or edit it on the record. If you need audit information about user activity on an SSN field, please contact support.

• Improving load times: Our team is building infrastructure improvements to ensure the platform can handle future growth and provide a consistently excellent experience.
