Happy New Year! This month, we’re unveiling an integration with Clarity. If you use Clarity for Financial Aid management, you can turn on the integration and have the final awards synced into Finalsite Enrollment automatically. The integration will also send key data over to Clarity for better reporting/visibility on what percentage of your student population applied for and received aid. Additionally, we’ve now added Weglot for multi-language support in Finalsite Explore!

What's New

• Integration with Clarity: Any schools using Clarity for financial aid applications and managements can now leverage this integration and get data synced both ways! Your Clarity account will send over Clarity Award information to Finalsite Enrollment, and FS Enrollment will send back all student data into Clarity, for easier reporting on percent of your applicants or student body who have applied for and been granted financial aid.
• Weglot in Finalsite Explore: We’ve added the option to use Weglot on your branded Finalsite Explore portal! 

Bug Fixes

• Weglot in embedded Explore/embedded Forms: Whenever Inquiry Forms or Finalsite Explore pages were embedded into your Finalsite website, Weglot wouldn’t translate that embedded content. It now does, provided that the same Weglot Key is used on both your CMS and EMS websites.
• Legacy Blackbaud API Authentication Calls Failing With VendorKey: Legacy ON API authentication calls were failing when the vendor key was passed but succeeded when tested without it. We've added support for retrying without the vendorkey.
• Unable to merge contact records when there is a refund billing item on one contact: Parents with refunded items (paid for electronically) can now be merged with another contact
• Payout Report billing categories not reflecting refunds correctly: This is now fixed.
• “Zoned school” field: We were showing the "Zoned for" field in all contact records, even for private schools without zones. Now we only show it if the school is zoned.
• Slow load times for billing reports: This is now fixed.
