Enrollment Software Update: July 8, 2025
Anna Karadzhova
In June, we released direct enrollment, a major new feature for public schools that allows parents to move straight to enrollment! Additionally, we fixed various bugs related to payments, performance, calendars and student statuses.
What's New
- Enrollment: We now offer a Direct Enrollment option for public schools that need parents to self-enroll. Note that the Enrollment form name is fully customizable, and you can choose between Enroll / Enrol / Register or Apply terminology on the Parent Portal. An acceptance period can be set by configuring an Open and/or Close Date/Time, or a Max Cap on the number of submitted enrollment forms.
Bug Fixes
- Schedule name: Now shown in Appt Confirmation modal and available as a merge token for emails.
- Signature field warning: We now display a warning message next to signature fields when you impersonate a user.
- Forms inbox: Performance is now back to normal.
- Payment failure: The 'Payment Failure’ system email now includes the failure reason (instead of listing it as ‘Unknown’).
- Incorrect student status: Changing the Current term & moving students to a previous term will now show students in the correct status in list pages.
- Authorize.net payments: These were very briefly blocked, and parents were seeing a generic "Something went wrong" error message then loading the payment page; the issue is now fixed.
