Enrollment Software Update: July 8, 2025

In June, we released direct enrollment, a major new feature for public schools that allows parents to move straight to enrollment! Additionally, we fixed various bugs related to payments, performance, calendars and student statuses.

What's New

Bug Fixes

  • Schedule name: Now shown in Appt Confirmation modal and available as a merge token for emails.
  • Signature field warning: We now display a warning message next to signature fields when you impersonate a user. 
  • Forms inbox: Performance is now back to normal.
  • Payment failure: The 'Payment Failure’ system email now includes the failure reason (instead of listing it as ‘Unknown’).
  • Incorrect student status: Changing the Current term & moving students to a previous term will now show students in the correct status in list pages. 
  • Authorize.net payments: These were very briefly blocked, and parents were seeing a generic "Something went wrong" error message then loading the payment page; the issue is now fixed.
