Enrollment Software Update: October 7, 2025
Anna Karadzhova

Going into Fall, you can now leverage the ability to add sibling information to Search & Reports, and improve analytics with custom scripts added to the Parent Portal. Additionally, we’ve partnered with Niche to create an integration for better visibility and lead nurturing! Finally, we’ve added the ability to run lotteries in bulk, making it easier for you whenever you want to use the same lottery tiers for multiple grades (note: seats are still set per grade).

What's New

  • Bulk Lottery: You can now run a lottery for multiple grades (or all grades) at once! If you’re using the same tiers, this will save you time and effort. You can set different numbers of seats per grade. Additionally, it's now possible to save a lottery configuration and run the lottery later.
  • Sibling data in Search & Reports: You can now add sibling data for siblings 0-9 in any search! Simply go to “Change Display/Columns” and you’ll find a Sibling Entity for which you can pull any available sibling-related field.
  • Analytics Tracking: You can now add custom scripts on all pages in the Parent Portal to enable tracking codes from any analytics tools you may be using, via a simple field.
  • Integration with Niche: We’re happy to share that we’re now integrated with Niche! If you’re using both Niche and Finalsite, you can now track leads coming from Niche and nurture them into applicants with targeted content relevant to them "Niche" will be listed as a source for Niche-related leads and prospects. Both pages include a "Niche Only" filter. The Lead Report will also list out Niche leads separately under a different lead source.

Bug Fixes:

  • Students reports export custom columns: Now includes all custom data added as new columns.
  • Weglot on Recommendation Forms: This is now fixed and translations are available on rec forms.
  • Unable to select inactive terms: Administrators can now select inactive terms when manually adding new applications or inquiries via the Quick Actions menu.
  • Custom payment method instructions for 'Check' are not appearing in the Parent Portal: This is now fixed.
