Many exciting releases with the start of the new school year! You now have the ability to archive older terms that are not relevant, as well as leverage GA4 for analytics just by plugging in your account ID. Additionally, we’ve expanded the External API parameters and filters, and added the Japanese Yen as an available currency for payments.

What's New

• Archive Terms: You can now archive terms to clean up and shorten the options in the Term filter dropdown throughout your site! This will not delete any student data. You can restore an archived term at any time.
• External API: Added a new parameter to the contacts endpoint of the External API: since_includes_expanded, that will return any student who has had updates to their own contact record or their parents’ contact record since a given date. We also added three new filters. All of them allow comma-separated lists, and all of which require school_year_id to be set: 
  • grade_id - filter by grade id
  • contact_status - filter by status
  • enrollment_type - filter by enrollment type
• Payments: New currency available - Japanese Yen! As with all other non-USD, non-CAD currencies, if this currency is set, your site will be limited to credit card payments only (no electronic checks).
• Analytics: Explore Branded shared portals can now be connected to your school's GA4 account. Simply reach out to our Support Team and request that your GA4 ID be added to your portal.

Bug Fixes

• Deactivate active grades: Schools can now deactivate grades. 
• Fixed autopay retry: Autopay automatic retries are now triggering correctly.
• Billing category: The correct “Total number of students” is now displayed on the Billing Category, Total Balance, and Posted Date reports.
