Admissions and Enrollment Software Roundup: January 2025
Connor Gleason

Just ahead of key admission decisions, a number of schools have embraced new admissions, enrollment, and billing software to create personalized, mobile-friendly experiences for their prospective families. With deadlines looming around the corner, it’s a smart, timely move that allows schools to prioritize user experience, build stronger relationships, and set the stage for a successful enrollment season.

And thanks to a supportive and engaging admissions experience, families (especially those navigating financial aid this time of year) can easily access important information and deadline details and begin to see themselves as part of the school community.

Let’s take a look at some of the schools that have gone live with Finalsite Enrollment in January!

The Langley School

The Langley School has launched its billing module, completing a streamlined enrollment journey that begins with a user-friendly inquiry form embedded right on its site. That allows prospective families to ask questions, explore financial aid options, and schedule calls or in-person/virtual information sessions, all in one place. It also thoughtfully gathers information about how families learned about the school, which can provide some helpful insights toward their marketing efforts.

Langley's admissions pages offer even more details about admission events, transportation, extended day programs, and tuition/financial aid. A dedicated "Life at Langley" page highlights the school's mission and culture, while a "Meet the Team" section features a warm welcome from the staff and the director of admission and financial aid. Plus, families can easily schedule campus tours or virtual/in-person meetings with the school directly from an integrated scheduling calendar.

That’s not all, though: The application process is clearly organized for users, thanks to the mobile-friendly tabs and accordion folders to simplify access to key details. There’s also a detailed FAQ section that addresses common questions about applications, financial aid, and the overall school experience. Take a look for yourself—Langley’s created a complete and user-friendly experience from initial inquiry to tuition payment—wonderful!

Creative Inspiration Journey School

Florida’s Creative Inspiration Journey School has launched its admissions software, a valuable asset for managing its lottery system and streamlining enrollment, which is especially helpful for charter schools with unique enrollment processes. Its admissions pages offer a lot of information about the charter’s application process, requirements, expected family commitments, and the school’s capacity, which speaks to the sheer number of families interested in this competitive charter school.

The site outlines admissions for the pre-K program, K-8, and extended care, and a key feature is the detailed FAQ section, which demystifies the lottery process, explaining how it works and what parents can expect. CIJS is in a great position for a successful lottery and enrollment season, and by providing clear and accessible information, they’re empowering families to navigate the application process with confidence.

Saint Monica Preparatory

Saint Monica Preparatory has launched its billing software, making the most of its website's design right alongside its enrollment management system. A brief look at Saint Monica's admissions pages, and you’ll see how they emphasize their mission of nurturing students through each developmental stage—a nice comparison to the experience they're providing their prospective families.

The site features warm welcomes from the directors of admission for both lower and upper schools, along with tuition and financial assistance information. Scheduling tours and shadow days are made easy with integrated admissions calendars that empower parents to choose times that would be most convenient for them.

Prospective families can also create accounts within the enrollment system to begin the formal application process. Notably, the school even reconfigured its fee structure and billing categories to distinguish between lower and upper schools and simplify reporting. Congratulations to Saint Monica Preparatory on this launch, especially given the challenges presented by the recent fires impacting the Los Angeles area.

Congrats to these schools and all the others who are supporting their admissions and enrollment goals with Finalsite Enrollment!
