Private School Website Inspiration: June 2026
Connor Gleason

The school year has ended, summer plans are in full swing, and teams are already thinking about how to welcome families back with a website that shows where their community is headed next.

June's launches are a reminder that a school website can do a lot of heavy lifting when the content, design, and user experience work together. High-energy homepage videos and detailed admissions timelines, alumni stories, and faith-centered messaging… each site gives visitors a clearer idea of what makes the school experience worth exploring.

This latest group includes schools with very different stories to tell: a progressive K–8 school in Washington, D.C.; a historic Quaker school in Philadelphia; a girls’ school in Providence; Christian schools with one-campus and multi-campus models; a tuition-free public charter school in Florida; a Jewish day school outside Detroit— and many more.

Each site gives its community a better way to welcome visitors, share its story, and help every audience connect.

As you explore this month’s launches for your own inspiration, pay attention to three areas:

  • Content: How does each school introduce its mission, values, programs, and community voices?
  • User experience: How easy is it for visitors to move from inspiration to action and engage?
  • Design: Which visual elements help each site feel connected and memorable?

Together, these launches show how schools can end the year strong while preparing for what comes next.

Lowell School device Mockups

Lowell School

Lowell School’s new website brings the energy of its progressive PK–8 education into every part of the experience.

The site’s playful use of color, movement, and angled design elements feels active from the start. Drone footage gives families a wider view of campus, while inset visuals, branching design elements, and pops of secondary color add creativity and momentum throughout the homepage.

The content is equally strong. Lowell’s message is rooted in active learning, high expectations, growth, and preparation for high school and beyond. The site carries that story through division pathways to help families understand the full student journey.

The homepage also does a great job balancing big-picture storytelling with specific proof points. Families can explore outdoor classrooms, inclusive athletics, arts, news, testimonials—even an indoor pool—to show the impact of the experience.

Design details add a lot of personality. Tilted cards, subtle animation, offset text and photos, colorful gradients, and repeated homepage modules on interior pages make the site feel cohesive while still giving each section its own energy. The Academics page is a strong example of that, with slanted content cards that provide details on its curriculum, division-level learning, support, and high school preparation.

Lowell’s program is active, thoughtful, creative, and ambitious, and the new site reflects that at every click. Congrats to the Lowell School team on a site full of color, confidence, and purpose.

Pacifica Christian High School

Pacifica’s new website brings its Christ-centered, academically respected, and deeply relational community to life through a warm, branded, and highly visual experience.

Its pop-up gives visitors quick access to key actions, including inquiring, scheduling a visit, reading news, and exploring summer programs. It’s a smart entrance into the admissions and enrollment journey, especially for families who are ready to connect but may be exploring the site from different starting points.

That journey continues through Finalsite Enrollment, where families can submit an official inquiry, share academic and co-curricular interests, and explore areas like visual and performing arts.

The homepage leads with Pacifica’s central message: “Freeing A Generation To Think and Live Well.” From there, the site brings stories to the forefront, including STEM, student life, community impact, and campus traditions to give families a better feel for the people, programs, and experiences that shape life at Pacifica.

One of the strongest custom elements is the Pacifica Continuum. This branded section connects purpose, culture, practice, and person, showing how Pacifica’s mission leads to students who think and live well. It’s a wonderful example of how a school can turn a strategic vision into a visual, interactive story for prospective families.

  • The Stories of Impact section adds another layer of personality through student and alumni video testimonials.

  • The Triton Traditions section brings even more community energy, with highlights like Friendsgiving, Declamations, Commencement Week, the House Draft, and other shared moments that make campus life feel more personal.

The interior pages are also thoughtfully organized thanks to the branded content blocks, quick links, and shorter “chunked” sections, which make the site easier to explore, especially on mobile.

It’s a strong launch that helps the school share its vision and a strong sense of who it is: mission-driven, relational, active, and full of student stories.

A computer monitor and laptop display websites for Briarcrest Christian School, featuring images of students and school branding.

Briarcrest Christian School

Briarcrest’s new website brings its full K2-12 experience together through a warm, faith-centered, and highly visual design.

The homepage opens with an inset video that captures the energy of campus life and connects back to a strong central message: “One Campus. Limitless Possibilities.” From there, the site carries Briarcrest’s mission forward with large branded text, rich imagery, and the phrases “Educating Minds,” “Engaging Hearts,” and “Equipping Disciples.”

Design-wise, Briarcrest uses its signature green as a visual anchor, giving the site a confident and cohesive feel. Large text, layered imagery, video, and custom content treatments help the homepage feel alive with academics, spiritual life, arts, athletics, and community.

One of the strongest parts of the site is how many voices are included. Student testimonials, faculty stories, alumni reflections, and parent profiles help families hear directly from their people. It’s personal and gives prospective families a sense of belonging before they ever step on campus.

The homepage also does a great job turning key values into a branded experience. Briarcrest’s Gospel-centered values, including critical thinking, character, compassion, and courage, are easy to explore. A custom slideshow adds depth to areas like academics, spiritual life, campus life, athletics, and the arts, while supporting facts help reinforce the strength of the program.

A few details stand out:

  • The “787 steps from Kindergarten to Graduation” message is a memorable way to show the benefit of one connected campus.
  • The Briarcrest Advantage section gives families fast facts that connect faith, academics, clubs, and student opportunity.
  • The interior pages carry the same visual polish as the homepage, with custom slideshow treatments, inset video, strong photography, and branded content blocks.
  • The admissions experience feels welcoming, including a video greeting from the Director of Admissions.

What works especially well is the balance between content and design. Briarcrest has a lot to share, and the new website gives that story structure. Families can explore the full student journey, hear from the community, and understand how the school’s faith, academics, arts, athletics, and student life all connect on one campus.

It’s a beautiful launch and a strong example of how a school website can bring a big, multi-division experience into one organized, inspiring story.

A laptop displays a school logo and slogan on its screen, while a tablet next to it shows a portrait of a student and text about the school's philosophy.

William Penn Charter School

William Penn’s new website gives the oldest Quaker school in the world a fresh, highly branded experience that feels both rooted in tradition and forward-looking.

The homepage opens with a branded highlight reel that brings moments of discovery, connection, and student life to the forefront. The site builds around language that feels closely tied to the school’s identity, including “Let Your Life Speak,” “Lead with Purpose,” and “Cultivate the Mind.” Those statements honor Penn Charter’s Quaker values while giving families a sense of how students learn, grow, and contribute.

The design carries that story beautifully. A seal watermark adds heritage and texture, while the scrolling experience creates movement across the page. The visual theme of light appears throughout the homepage, from discovering the light to honoring the light and illuminating the community. It feels like a natural extension of the school’s Quaker foundation and gives the site a memorable creative thread—love it!

The division section is another strong moment. Full-width imagery introduces Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School, giving families an easy way to enter the student journey by age and stage. From there, custom image calls to action echo the curved edges of a windowsill, tying the design back to the light motif while adding warmth and consistency to the page.

Instead of relying on standard CTA language, families see phrases like “Dig Deeper,” “See the Potential,” “Discover More,” and “Explore Our Quaker Community.” Those CTAs match the brand and make the next step feel more inviting.

There’s also a thoughtful balance between storytelling and utility. News stories and community highlights show campus life in motion, while social media integration brings in the latest Instagram content. Toward the end of the homepage, an admissions-focused call to action invites families to think about how they will let their life speak, then guides them to inquire, visit, or apply through Finalsite Enrollment.

The interior pages carry the same level of care.

  • The About and Admissions pages use custom slideshow elements to share student moments, campus life, individuality, and shared values.
  • The Families page gives current families fast access to resources, quick links, and parent announcements, with Posts used strategically to organize and tag updates.

The design is thoughtful, the admissions journey is purposeful, and the content gives families a better understanding of the people, values, and experiences that shape life at Penn Charter.

Mayfield Junior School

Mayfield has launched a beautiful new website that brings its K–8 experience to life with warmth, purpose, and faith.

The homepage opens with an engaging video montage that invites families to “Meet Mayfield.” From there, the site introduces the school’s educational journey with typography, thoughtful pacing, and a message centered on intention, care, and lifelong growth. Families get an immediate sense of Mayfield’s promise: students graduate as inspired leaders with curious minds, open hearts, creative spirits, and confident voices.

The site does a great job connecting Mayfield’s Catholic identity and Holy Child heritage to the full student experience. As visitors scroll, they can explore what it means to be a Holy Child school, how the K–8 program grows inspired leaders, and how faith, service, academics, arts, athletics, and community all work together.

The design adds a lot of energy without feeling busy. Text reveals, gradient hero treatments, image-based calls to action, and side-sliding testimonials create movement across the homepage. The H1 text layered over imagery gives the interior pages a polished editorial look, while the visual rhythm keeps visitors moving from one section to the next.

Mayfield also uses community voices especially well. Testimonials slide in from the side, and a click-through story section features trustees, teachers, alumni, and other members of the school community.

The admissions experience is easy to follow, too. The Steps to Apply page uses custom tabs and helpful FAQs to explain the enrollment journey. Those FAQs also support Mayfield’s SEO and AEO strategy by answering common family questions in a structured, search-friendly way—very smart!

Upcoming events on its calendar are organized into categories, with legends and filtering options, for current and prospective families to preview what’s ahead. It’s a great example of how strong content design can support both storytelling and day-to-day family needs.

A few highlights worth checking out:

The Learning Elevated page is especially worth exploring. It gives Mayfield’s ambitious community plan its own branded home, with campus upgrades, campaign priorities, and a custom map that helps families and supporters understand the vision behind the work.

It’s a beautiful launch that thoughtfully brings together mission, content, design, and user experience.

A laptop displays a website about Calvary Christian Academy with a radial chart, while a smartphone shows a similar page with a photo of students.

Calvary Christian Academy

Calvary Christian Academy’s new website brings four South Florida campuses together under one shared mission: “Educating Tomorrow’s Leaders for Christ.”

With Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, North Miami, and Boynton Beach represented across the site, CCA takes an approach that will feel familiar to multi-campus schools and districts. Each campus has its own identity, community, and student experience, but the website gives families one clear place to understand the broader vision behind Calvary Christian Academy.

The homepage introduces that shared story well. Families are welcomed into a Christ-centered education built around spiritual, academic, and social growth.

The site uses tabs to organize key areas of the experience, including discipleship, academics, student life, parent-to-parent community, and campus visits. That structure helps families move through a lot of information without feeling lost. It also keeps the homepage focused, even while representing several schools, grade levels, and program areas.

One of the most memorable design elements is the “Why Invest in a Christ-Centered Education” section. The custom dial brings fast facts, statistics, and school highlights into a branded, interactive experience. On mobile, that same content shifts into tiles, which makes the section easier to scan on smaller screens. It’s a smart example of designing for both storytelling and usability.

The interior pages carry the same visual system forward with branded cards, testimonial blocks, colorful hero imagery, and clear calls to action to help tie the individual campuses back to the larger Calvary Christian Academy mission, while still giving each section room to speak to its audience.

device mockups of Brooks school

Brooks School

Brooks School’s new website positions Brooks around two strengths working together: a campus that feels close and connected, and a student experience that feels ambitious and full of opportunity. Phrases like “Balanced & Ambitious” and “Close & Close By” help families understand the school’s personality in a memorable way.

One of the most thoughtful parts of the homepage is how Brooks reframes common perceptions about independent schools.

  • Instead of presenting academics as stressful, the site describes them as challenging and supported.
  • Instead of positioning the community through competition, it centers on belonging.
  • Instead of showing athletics as something reserved for top student-athletes, it presents sports as an opportunity for every student to participate, grow, and try something new.

That welcoming tone makes the site feel grounded and honest. Brooks understands what families may be wondering, then uses design and copy to respond with confidence, warmth, and specificity.

The campus section is another standout. A custom map shows Brooks’ proximity to Boston, but it also goes beyond the expected points of interest. Families can see how close students are to places like an ice cream shop, Starbucks, ski areas, shopping, airports, and local experiences that shape day-to-day student life. It’s a creative way to show that Brooks offers both a peaceful lakeside setting and easy access to the energy of New England.

The design brings that balance forward with side-by-side image slides, branded green graphic treatments, video testimonials, and full-width content moments. The visual system is friendly and active, to show families the range of experiences available to students.

The homepage also highlights signature programs that help Brooks stand apart, including Winter Term, summer internships, and the exchange program, which all show how students can explore interests, take on new experiences, and connect learning to the wider global community.

A few design highlights worth checking out:

It’s a beautiful site!

Lincoln school mockup deivces

Lincoln School

Lincoln’s new website brings a bold sense of energy to its story of girls learning, leading, and shaping their own path.

The homepage opens with a hero video that expands across the page and immediately sets the tone for “learning without limits.” It feels active, confident, and full of momentum, which fits Lincoln’s message so well. This is a place where girls change the game, build courage, and learn to own their voice.

That message runs throughout the homepage, with strong statements about confidence, leadership, and possibility. It feels empowering without feeling cheesy, and it gives prospective families a sense of the student experience from the first few scrolls.

There are also many moments that pull families further into the story. Slideshows, testimonials, alumnae profiles, and immersive classroom and community experiences show students collaborating, exploring, leading, and learning beyond the classroom. The site’s message, “Her journey started here. Yours starts now,” creates a natural bridge between student and alumnae outcomes and a prospective family’s next step.

The admissions experience stays close at hand, too. Sticky CTAs for Inquire, Visit, and Apply make it easy for families to move forward from any point on the homepage—especially helpful on a site with this much rich storytelling.

Saint Mary's website mockups

Saint Mary's College High School

Saint Mary’s College High School brings its Lasallian Catholic identity to life through a thoughtful, story-driven experience centered on virtue, scholarship, and service.

The homepage leads visitors through those three foundational pillars with video, movement, and meaningful content moments. A meandering vertical line guides the scroll, connecting images, messages, and fast facts into one cohesive journey. Along the way, families see proof points that speak to both history and opportunity, including 163 years of school history, 15 alumni on faculty, 26 Honors and AP courses, 17 varsity sports, and 40-plus clubs and organizations.

Community voices play a strong role throughout the site. Video testimonials from students, faculty, alumni, and school leaders help families hear how Saint Mary’s shapes young people through faith, purpose, academics, and belonging, giving visitors a stronger sense of the people behind the Panther experience.

Another standout feature is its custom map that highlights the signature Saint Mary’s experience, in which students extend learning beyond the classroom through academic travel, service, and immersive courses. The content connects beautifully to the school’s commitment to active scholarship, purposeful service, and the formation of the whole person.

The imagery adds even more depth to that story. Collage-style visuals show a wide range of student experiences, from backpacking through the desert to global travel and hands-on learning. Together, these visuals help families understand how Saint Mary’s blends tradition, exploration, and community.

The interior pages carry a similar design system forward. The Admissions page uses a custom layout and timeline to help families understand the path ahead. The faculty and staff directory is especially worth exploring, with profiles, bios, contact information, and personal reflections that add warmth and humanity to the page.

mater bay mockup devices

Mater Bay Academy

Mater Bay gives families a bright look at a tuition-free, college-preparatory public charter school with a growing story to tell.

The homepage introduces Mater Bay as a relatively younger school of choice with a mission focused on rigorous, innovative academics, lifelong learning, technology, and a safe learning environment. It’s a strong foundation for a school that serves students across several stages, from Pre-School through Upper School.

That full student journey is easy to explore. Families can move into divisions, each centered on student growth and development. The structure helps prospective families find the right starting point quickly while still seeing the full Mater Bay experience.

The site also works well as a resource hub for current families. Summer assignments, summer news, supply lists, summer programs, and summer athletics are all featured on the homepage, making timely information easy to find. Latest news, latest events, and athletic events add another layer of helpful content for families who want to stay connected.

From a design perspective, the site uses its blue and orange palette throughout calls to action, content elements, and the footer, creating a consistent visual identity from top to bottom. The stingray-inspired divider adds school personality and gives the page a branded detail that families will remember.

A laptop displays a website for Hillel Day School, showing a classroom full of children doing yoga in the foreground and a colorful, decorated classroom in the background.

Hillel Day School

Hillel Day School’s new website brings the warmth of its Farmington Hills community to life through a welcoming and easy-to-explore design.

Families get a good sense of a school that knows who it serves and what it stands for. Hillel offers a general and Jewish education from early childhood through 8th grade, and the site organizes that journey through three main student pathways: Early Childhood Center, Elementary, and Middle School. Each section gives families a natural way to explore the right stage while still seeing the full Hillel experience.

The homepage balances heart and helpful information. Branded inset photos introduce key parts of school life, including academics, Jewish life, athletics, and student life. The design feels warm and personal, with enough structure to help families explore the content.

The “Hillel By the Numbers” section adds helpful proof points while reinforcing the school’s tight-knit community. Stats like 645 students, 450 families, and more than 2,500 alumni help families understand the strength and scale of the school (the detail that one-third of Hillel students are children of alumni adds something special). It shows a school community where families stay connected across generations.

Family testimonials bring that message forward even more. Parents and students share what Hillel has meant for their children, their Jewish identity, and their sense of belonging.
The admissions journey is also easy to follow. The custom admissions timeline gives families a helpful path through the steps to apply, from visiting campus to submitting an application, completing assessments, and receiving an admission decision.

The alumni experience is another strength. Graduates can stay connected through events, local meetups, volunteering, story sharing, and updates. That content reinforces the idea that Hillel’s community extends well beyond 8th grade.

Interior pages are organized with the same care. Content is broken into manageable sections, with helpful calls to action and page layouts that make information easier to scan.

There's more worth checking out:

  • The custom admissions timeline
  • Hillel Through the Years
  • Branded inset photo treatments across key program areas
  • Family and student testimonials
  • Visual navigation with imagery

It’s a beautiful launch that helps prospective families understand the sense of community, Jewish identity, academic growth, and lifelong connection.

A laptop displays a website for Saint Edward's School, featuring a section on "The Pirate Pathway" with an image of three students walking on a path in the foreground and the school's logo and navigation menu in the background.

Saint Edward's School

Yarr, Saint Edward’s School’s new website brings its Treasure Coast setting and Pirate spirit together in a way that's creative, confident, and full of personality.

The experience starts with a smile. As the page loads, Saint Edward’s leans into its Pirate identity with a fun branded moment that welcomes visitors into the site. From there, the homepage quickly shifts into a polished story about place, possibility, and preparation. The message is simple and memorable: whenever the journey begins, a strong foundation makes waves.

That line works especially well because the design supports it. Subtle wave animation, rounded imagery, ocean-inspired dividers, nautical icons, and blue content treatments connect the copy and visuals across the site. The result is a school brand that feels consistent from the first interaction through the interior pages.

The Pirate Pathway gives families a clear way to explore the full PK3–Grade 12 experience. Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School each have their own entry point, helping families find the right stage while still seeing the full student journey. Sticky calls to action for Inquire, Visit, and Apply keep the admissions path close as families browse.

The homepage also does a nice job turning school strengths into an inviting story. “A Horizon Full of Opportunities” introduces areas like curiosity, belonging, inspiration, growth, and preparation, giving families a quick sense of how Saint Edward’s supports students across academics, student life, service, arts, athletics, and leadership.

The nautical theme carries into the interior pages:

  • The college counseling section uses compass-inspired visuals to reinforce the idea of helping students prepare for what comes next.

  • The Student Life area, branded as Pirate Life, gives families a fun and fitting way to explore life beyond the classroom.

  • Across the site, you’ll find rounded videos and images, wave-like section dividers, branded icons, and content blocks that keep the experience feeling connected.

Saint Edward’s new website is a fully branded digital experience. It’s fun without feeling gimmicky, polished without feeling stiff, and organized in a way that helps families chart their next step.

Trinity classical device mockups

Trinity Classical Academy

Trinity Classical Academy’s new website leads with a statement that fits the full experience: “Different by Design.”

From the first scroll, the site invites families to “Come See the Difference” and then shows what makes a Trinity education so distinctive. Drone footage, photography, layered design elements, and faith-centered messaging come together to create a site that feels intentional, unique, and closely tied to the school’s mission.

The homepage does a thoughtful job explaining why families choose Trinity. Key differentiators include Christ as the foundation of the school experience, classical Christian education, a low-tech approach, a shared mission between school, church, and home, and preparation for life beyond tests. Each point gives prospective families a better sense of the values behind the program and the type of formation students receive.

The “Designed for Every Stage of Growth” collage-style layout branches into the school’s divisions and programs, including Early Education and Grammar School, and Libertas Preparatory School, to help families understand the full student journey while keeping the design visually engaging.

The site also uses faith-based copy and design details in meaningful ways. Pullout scripture and testimonial-style moments add warmth, while video profiles creatively framed within the school seal help families see “Education for Life” through the voices of students, alumni, faculty, and leadership.

Another engaging section brings together signature experiences, portrait of a graduate content, student outcomes, alumni stories, and fast facts through a clickable panel. It’s a useful way to organize a lot of meaningful content while keeping families moving through the page.

The homepage transitions well into calls to action for families to learn more, visit, apply, or support the school. The admissions pages are also worth exploring, with helpful supporting content and several opportunities for families to engage, schedule a visit, and take the next step.

The interior pages carry the brand experience forward with video, custom tabs, full-width containers, image buttons, and 50/50 card layouts. Pages like About, Academics, and Podcasts show how reusable design elements can make a site feel connected while giving each section room to tell its own story

It’s s a beautiful example of brand, mission, and design working together.

That was a lot...Congratulations to all the schools on their site launches with Finalsite!
