Private School Website Inspiration: November 2025
Connor Gleason

November’s launches brought a blend of creative design, school spirit, and purpose-driven narratives from Finalsite clients, and with it, an especially strong group of faith-based schools.

From The Master's Academy and Chaminade College Preparatory to Academy of the Sacred Heart and more, these schools are leading with strong messaging and a deep sense of academic excellence, character development, and a community, all grounded in mission.

Across the board, you’ll find animated testimonials, branded video intros, bold typography, and color palettes that make the mission pop. There's also an emphasis on student voice, clear user pathways, and experiences that guide every visitor, whether they’re exploring as a prospective family, current parent, alum, or supporter.

What ties these launches together is how these schools are using their websites to connect with hearts and minds, and to make sure every visitor knows they’ve come to the right place.

Let’s take a look at the newest launches and some great examples of how mission and design can work hand-in-hand.

Almaden Country Day School

Almaden Country Day School’s redesign is a vibrant extension of the school’s journey in “discovering the gifts in every child.” The new design is full of color, movement, and warmth; a great representation of a school community that values joy, creativity, and belonging.

The design balances bold red with a calming secondary color palette of blues, greens, and grays, colors that show up across buttons, animated rollovers, and panels that slide into view with helpful content.

These little touches give the site a sense of motion and playfulness while reinforcing the energy of the “Cougar Experience.” The sense of hands-on learning, leadership development, and enrichment programs comes through well.

More features that stand out:

  • Matriculation slideshow: Highlights where graduates go next for a proud look at student outcomes.
  • New family resources: A dedicated section in the top navigation helps new families feel welcome and informed before day one.
  • Parent corner: Easy access to everyday tools like attendance reporting and the parent portal.
  • Step-by-step tabs: Custom-styled in three different colors, helping to guide users with clarity.
  • Custom image buttons: Used in grids, sliders, and solo elements to organize content and make navigation feel even more intuitive.

There’s even a clever interactive element, too—clicking on the iconic apple takes visitors straight to the admissions experience. There, families can explore an easy-to-follow admissions timeline, register for a tour or open house, request tuition support, or schedule a virtual conversation. Finalsite Enrollment is seamlessly integrated, making each of these steps simple, branded, and accessible.

Congratulations to the ACDS team on a beautiful, story-driven launch that feels like the school itself: welcoming, bright, and full of purpose. Love those photos!

The Master's Academy

The Master’s Academy (TMA) has launched a refreshed website that’s grounded in faith and purpose, beautifully capturing the school’s mission of developing students in mind, body, and spirit.

From its opening video montage through its clean layout and content, the site tells the story of a school community rooted in faith, academic excellence, and transformational leadership.

The homepage welcomes users with a full-width video panel to student life and spiritual development in action. That transitions into vibrant, branded imagery and full-color photography that highlight the heart of TMA.

Navigation is simple and purposeful. Users can explore academic divisions, access fast facts on enrollment and student outcomes, and engage with recent campus highlights pulled from a live Instagram feed. Toward the footer, calls to action invite visitors to inquire, apply, or give, each supporting prospective families and the broader community alike.

Features worth exploring:

The design shows what makes The Master’s Academy special: a commitment to academic rigor and spiritual growth in a welcoming, mission-aligned environment.

Chaminade College Preparatory

Chaminade’s new website brings its Catholic, Marianist mission to life with vibrant design, messaging, and an experience that shows the school’s commitment to faith, academic excellence, and leadership.

The homepage sets the tone with the bold statement: Inspiring young leaders to soar. As users scroll, animated panels reveal Chaminade’s core values of love, learning, and leadership—followed by a dynamic overview of student life. Each student's story is supported with strong visuals and a cohesive color palette of oranges and blues to showcase each creator, achiever, leader, and champion.

A smooth-scrolling experience loads content in digestible sections, allowing users to engage without feeling overwhelmed. An at-a-glance image collage brings fast facts to the forefront, along with a scrolling slideshow of top college placements. Student testimonials sit on a soft blue gradient background, followed by a two-column layout featuring the latest news and key calendar dates.

At the bottom of the homepage, families will find a map highlighting Chaminade’s Los Angeles location (which serves students from more than 115 zip codes!) and a clear path to inquire or schedule a visit through Finalsite Enrollment.

More Features to Explore:

  • Custom step tabs on the admissions page provide clarity around the application journey
  • Filtered Finalsite Post grids for middle and high school curriculum pages organize content
  • Infographics and image buttons reinforce key messaging across giving and arts pages

Congratulations to the Chaminade team on a website that’s both visually rich and mission-aligned!

Girls Preparatory School

Girls Preparatory School’s new website radiates confidence, color, and clarity, much like the students it serves. It’s a vibrant new site that’s boldly “Designed for Her.”

Users are greeted with high-energy video and typography that puts girls at the center: "Hers to explore. Hers to pursue. Hers to lead." It’s a motif woven throughout the site, reinforcing GPS as a place where girls grow, thrive, and take ownership of their education.

Large, colorful imagery and click-through slideshows highlight key experiences: athletics, outdoor leadership, co-ed enrichment, and after-school programs. A vibrant photo collage adds movement and energy for a strong sense of sisterhood and community. As users scroll, brand colors shift from strong blues into soft pinks to introduce a standout alumnae section, spotlighting graduates with integrity and purpose. It's all part of the continuing message: "Hers to treasure."

GPS’s “How to Raise a Confident Girl" supports the school’s content strategy and beautifully gives value to families while reinforcing the impact of an all-girls education.

When it’s time to take action, Finalsite Enrollment makes it easy for prospective families to inquire, sign up for an open house, or learn more about the application process. Families will also find a well-organized Parent Zone, complete with links to uniforms, attendance, directories, and the school store. Social media integration and a custom calendar experience keep the entire community up to date on events, athletics, and school news.

Design elements add warmth and cohesion throughout the site, like the curved edges of content blocks to CTA buttons with delicate bow outlines. The Student Experience page features custom timelines that walk users through traditions and many more aspects of student life..."Hers to call home..."

Design Highlights to Explore:

  • Custom animated titles, colored content blocks, and custom panels on the Athletics page
  • Pop-up directories and testimonial sliders in the Alumnae Zone
  • A beautifully branded Giving page matched with the school’s mission

Congratulations to the GPS team on a powerful, purposeful launch that tells what it means to be a school “Designed for her.”
