Happy Belated Valentine's Day!

This weekend's release comes with some exciting updates for Site Search. We're going to roll out access to "Search Tools" for all "Administrator" groups. These new tools will include analytics and additional information about what users are searching for on your site. For extra information about this, check out the "Search Tools" Knowledge Base Articles.

Beyond new search features, this release also updates Athletics elements, addresses some Forms Plus issues, and more! Check out the full list below.

Composer

• The Settings menus on the "Athletics Teams" and "Roster" elements are getting a fresh coat of dark grey paint. Please inspect these elements carefully as some settings may have shifted location during the transition.

Search

• The "Search Tools" section will appear in the Composer left navigation (where you can find Pages, Banners, and Permissions) for all "Administrator" admin groups.
• These Search Tools will include Analytics (giving info about where and what people are searching for). For more info about this, see our Knowledge Base Article.
• Several advanced Search options are also now available. If you are interested in these features, check out our Knowledge Base articles, and reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Forms

• Previously, the "Number Box" registration element would pre-set to 0 by default; it will now pre-set to [empty], so that you can make sure that people actually enter the number of seats they would like, rather than accidentally submitting it as a zero!

Posts

• In our last release, we enabled the option to have "External Links" open in a new window. Previously that would only work when users clicked on the title, now it will redirect to a new window when users click on the thumbnail, too!

eNotify

• You can now upload multiple files to the eNotify file Manager. After you drag and drop the files into the uploader it will show you the progress of each file as it processes.
• You can now set a transparency on the divider element, which means you can use these dividers as spacers and allows more formatting options.
