Bridge Growth Partners Invests in Finalsite
Jon Moser

Finalsite is thrilled to have Bridge Growth Partners, a leading growth-oriented private equity firm based in New York, as our new equity investor.

After many months of extensive research into our market, our company and our overall solution, they are excited to help us lead this next phase of our company's growth. They see many opportunities for us to expand our product suite, geographic presence, and markets we serve, while also being true to our mission to help schools and education institutions worldwide. Some of you were involved in helping us with this diligence process, and I appreciate the professionalism and hard work that it took.

Our plan is to use this investment to upgrade our product and to add new tools for our clients and schools around the world.

After replacing Spectrum as our equity partners, BGP hopes to continue to accelerate the momentum of the business to maintain our position as a leading global education technology company.

To help accomplish our goals, BGP has put together an outstanding board of directors that will help us continue to provide tremendous value to the schools we serve and accelerate growth in new markets.

I will remain on the board in addition to Patrick Bassett, former President of the National Association of Independent Schools. We already have a few incredibly talented and well-connected independent directors who will serve on the new board, including Will Ethridge, former CEO of Pearson North America, Yves de Balmann, former Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and former director of Laureate International Universities, and Jonathan Harber, former CEO and co-founder of SchoolNet, Inc. who also served as CEO of Pearson K-12 Technology. Alok Singh and Tom Manley of Bridge Growth will also join the board, with Singh serving as Chairman. I've gotten to know Alok quite a bit over the last few months and think he will provide the leadership we need at the board level.

I hope you are as happy as I am of the news. This new investment and transition represents a major milestone for all the hard work everyone does every day.

It signifies not only the value we bring to our 1200+ clients but also the sustainable business model we've developed that will allow us to retain and hire the best talent as well as deliver the highest level of quality products and services.

Bridge Growth's principals have extensive experience across the technology sector, including through executive positions, directorships and investment experience in a number of leading global companies.

Finalsite is Bridge Growth's third investment, following its investments in Salient-CRGT, a leader in meeting the IT modernization and business intelligence needs of federal agencies and other government customers, and Solace Systems, a leading provider of infrastructure messaging technology based in Ottawa, Canada.
