We wish to announce our next Community Engagement 10.52 release for Mass Notifications and Teacher Communication. This release will further expand on the back-end improvements we have made throughout the summer.

Our releases are staggered amongst our servers, and they are scheduled from October 23rd to November 5th. The maintenance window will be from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM ET on these dates. During this window, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Resolved issues

• Delivery Preferences: We’re pleased to inform you that we have resolved the issue where unsubscribing from SMS or phone notifications would disable Delivery Preferences if the numbers were the same. Users can now unsubscribe from SMS without affecting their phone delivery preferences, even if both notifications are linked to the same number, and vice versa.
• Unflag Report: This report will now give you a more focused and accurate view of the data you need.
• SMS Reliability and Improvements: Updates have been made to further increase the reliability and performance of our SMS messaging. 
• Instagram Account popup: As requested, we have removed the following fields from the Instagram Account popup: Profile Picture, Number of Posts, Followers, and Following.
