CMS Software Update: January 7th, 2026
L Lamington

Happy New Year! With the new year comes easier ways to manage Shared Elements. The new “Where Used” view gives you instant visibility into every page that references an element—making audits, updates, and cleanup faster and more confident.

Plus, Calendar exports are here. Download events to a spreadsheet so you can quickly review, refresh and re-import them for the upcoming school year before importing them back into Calendars.

What's New

‘Where Used’ Button in Shared Elements
Managing shared content just got easier. You can now quickly see where a Shared Element is being used across your site through the new “Where Used” button. This opens a detailed view showing every page that uses that shared element, helping admins understand the impact before making edits or deletions. It’s a simple but powerful way to maintain site consistency and prevent accidental changes.
