We’ve rolled out a series of improvements and bug fixes to enhance your experience across Resources and Messages. This also includes minor tweaks for you to have a better experience. 

We’ve addressed an issue in Resources where items appeared in the “Used” filter but didn’t show any references in the “Where Used” menu—this now accurately reflects actual usage. In the Constituent Directory, job titles now appear correctly in the pop-up even if they’re hidden in the directory list, and the Departments picker has been refined to only show departments with visible members. Accordion panels now respect the title toggle setting—if turned off, the panel title no longer appears. Address lists have also been corrected to display the right name for each address entry.

In Messages, we fixed a bug where simply clicking on a message (without editing it) would incorrectly push it to the top of the All Messages view when sorted by Last Updated—only real edits will affect sorting now. The Unsubscribe page has been cleaned up as well—list names will no longer appear duplicated. These fixes continue our effort to improve clarity, reduce confusion, and ensure consistency across Composer.

Bug Fixes 

• Resources: Fixed an issue where some resources appeared in the “Used” filter but showed no entries in the “Where Used” menu despite having usage links. 
• Constituents: Fixed an issue where empty departments were showing up in the directory filter. The Departments filter now shows only relevant departments with listed members.
• Messages: Fixed an issue where simply clicking a message—without making changes—pushed it to the top of the All Messages list. Messages no longer move to the top of the list when clicked without any updates.
• Messages: Fixed an issue where the list name appeared twice on the Unsubscribe page. Cleaned up the Unsubscribe page to remove duplicate list names. Users will now see each unsubscribe list name only once, as expected.
• Composer: Fixed an issue where job titles were missing from the pop-up unless they were shown in the directory list. Job titles now appear in the pop-up even if they’re hidden from the main directory list, as expected. Ensured job titles display in the constituent pop-up regardless of their visibility in the directory.
• Messages: Resolved a bug causing someone else’s name to appear in the wrong profile on lists. List profiles now correctly display names without mixing up identities.
• Messages: Admins can now successfully search for and add users to mailing lists using the Constituents tab. The Constituents tab now works as expected—allowing you to search and add subscribers by email.
