In this release, we've addressed several issues that were affecting email reliability, recipient search, and calendar accuracy—part of our ongoing effort to improve communication and usability across the platform.

We’ve resolved two major email delivery issues that were causing messages to bounce for Microsoft and Google recipients. These were due to domain authentication misalignments that led to increased email suppressions. Our adjustments now ensure emails meet provider requirements and are delivered as expected. Message senders using “Request To Send” were encountering a generic error that blocked their submission. This is now fixed, and the request flow works smoothly again. We also corrected a delay in displaying subscriber counts within delivery channels. Finding recipients is easier too. A bug in full-name search (e.g., “John Smith”) was returning no results, especially in cases with common names.

Finally, we’ve corrected how multi-day athletic events appear in Calendar Manager. Previously, events were only showing on their start date. They now span the correct date range, bringing the display in line with expectations for multi-day scheduling.

Bug Fixes

  • Messages : Resolved an issue where emails to Microsoft addresses were bouncing due to DKIM authentication failures, reducing suppressed email counts.
  • MessagesFixed an issue where Google was blocking email deliveries due to domain policy restrictions, preventing further suppression of valid addresses.
  • Messages : “Request To Send” actions now work as expected, with no more errors blocking the flow.
  • Messages : Delivery channels now show accurate subscriber counts instantly, instead of briefly displaying zero.
  • MessagesSearching by full name in Find Recipient now returns accurate results, even for common name combinations.
  • Athletics : Multi-day athletic events in Calendar Manager now appear across all scheduled days, not just the start date.
  • Calendar : Date range fields in Calendar Elements now behave as expected—manual edits and the date picker both work smoothly after saving.
  • Calendar : Athletic events marked as “TBD” no longer appear as “All Day” in Calendar elements—they now reflect the intended status accurately.
