This release brings several key improvements to everyday workflows, including enhanced tools for managing forms and updated password requirements that encourage stronger security. Other notable updates include resolving inconsistencies between the Groups menu and Groups Manager that caused member lists to display inconsistently when adding users to chat rooms. We also fixed an encoding issue where search terms enclosed in quotes were incorrectly converted to %22 values.
What's New
Managing form submissions just got a whole lot smarter. Forms Admins can now edit submitted data directly, making it easier to maintain clean, accurate records without losing context. Whether it’s correcting a typo, updating an email address, or fixing a small data entry slip, admins can make precise edits while preserving a full audit trail.
Bug Fixes
- Composer: An issue where admins who logged out of Composer were prompted to enter their credentials twice when logging back in. Users will now experience a seamless single-login flow after logout.
- Calendar: A bug where element settings were not properly copied during self-service migrations, forcing admins to manually reconfigure calendar elements on multiple pages. Migration now correctly carries over all element settings, ensuring consistency and reducing post-migration work.
- Composer: An encoding issue where search terms enclosed in quotes (e.g., "2023-2024 Student/Parent") were incorrectly converted to %22values. Quoted searches now behave as expected, returning accurate results without formatting errors.
