It isn’t often that we discuss printing or PDFs here on the Software Update blog. The limitations of printed documents are obvious, and PDFs are difficult to make accessible for all users, so our goal is to make the online experience so fantastic that you don’t need to rely on these formats as often. We understand that you can’t avoid them all the time, though, especially for something like form results. So we’re here to tell you that, while we have changed the functionality of the options in the results view of Forms Manager, you still have the options both to print and create PDFs of these results.

Where there were previously two links — “print this entry” and “printable pdf of this entry” — you’ll now see one link for “print or save to pdf.” In the window that pops up, you can set your destination as your local printer or “Save as PDF.” Two options in one!

We also made some small fixes to Forms, Posts, and integrations. Read on for the relevant details!
