Software Update: February 25, 2022
Lauren Lentini

We’ve often touted the Forms element as our simplest Composer element — just pick a form and you’re done. Well, it’ll still be pretty simple, but we’re adding a new checkbox that you’ll almost certainly want to tick.

If you’ve put together a default board post page before, you probably used the “Override Page Title and SEO metadata” checkbox. That’s the one that changes the page title and the title of the tab on your browser to the post title when you dynamically load a post on the page. Now you can do the same thing with your Forms landing page! (And if you haven’t already set up a Forms landing page, what are you waiting for?)

Keep reading for the short version, and one other display improvement for your forms in Composer. We’ll be back with more next time!

Composer

  • We’ve fixed an issue that was causing the arrows in the Dropdown Menu field in New Forms to display poorly.

  • It is now possible to display the form title as the page title on the Form Page using “Override Page Title and SEO metadata.”
