In our last release before our first virtual Finalsite University March 10-12 (there’s still time to join us if you haven’t registered yet!) we have a couple of new features that we’re sure will be mentioned at the conference. The first of these is that Finalsite Payments powered by BlueSnap is now available in Forms.

Next, let’s talk about something we’ve been releasing slowly, under the radar, that we’re finally ready to shout about: the Forms-Workflows Connector! That’s right, we’ve rolled out the missing links between the new Forms module and Workflows, so now you can use a form to subscribe constituent(s) to a workflow, branch a workflow based on a form response, complete a workflow goal by submitting a form, and more! Forms

• Finalsite Payments powered by BlueSnap is now available for use in Forms.

• We’ve fixed an issue that caused the date picker to select the wrong date in certain time zones.

Messages

• It is now possible to add email addresses that contain apostrophes to mailing lists.

Workflows

• New Forms-Workflows Connector features connect Forms to Workflows for the purposes of:

  • Adding a form submission to a workflow

  • Creating contact(s) from a form submission 

  • Adding contact(s) to groups

  • Sending messages to specific contacts

  • Branching a workflow based on a specific form response

• You can now set a form submission as a workflow goal.
