Authorize.Net

We'll need the API Login ID and API Transaction Key for your account. To obtain this:

  1. Log into your Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net.
  2. Click Account from the main toolbar. 
  3. Click Settings in the main left side menu.
  4. Click API Login ID and Transaction Key in the Security Settings section.
  5. Under Create New Transaction Key, enter your Secret Answer.
  6. Note: When obtaining a new Transaction Key, you may choose to disable the old Transaction Key immediately by clicking the box titled Disable Old Transaction Key(s)If this box is not checked, the old transaction key will automatically expire in 24 hours.
  7. Click Submit.

PayPal Payments Pro


Currently, PayPal Payments Pro is available in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.

Currency types available: US, CAD, GBP

To obtain your account credentials, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal Business account.
  2. Click the My Account tab.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. If you haven't already done so, you need to verify your account before requesting API credentials.Click Request API credentials under Account information.
  5. Click Set up PayPal API credentials and permissions under Option 1.
  6. Click Request API Credentials.
  7. Click Request API signature.
  8. Click Agree and Submit.
  9. Copy the API login, API password, and API signature into this form.

i.e. "username_api1.yourschool.org"

PayPal PayFlow Pro

Currently, PayPal Payflow Pro is available in the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand

  1. To obtain your account credentials, follow these steps:

  6. Click Set up Payflow Pro API access under Option 2.
  7. Copy the username, partner, vendor, and password into this form.

PayPal Standard

This method allows users to pay with their PayPal accounts, instead of a credit card. After completing a form, users will be redirected to a PayPal page to confirm and complete their payment, and will be redirected back to your site afterwards.

A PayPal business account is required.

NOTE: Recurring Payment and Commerce transactions are not compatible with this Payment Gateway.

To obtain your account credentials, follow these steps:

  1. Log into www.paypal.com
  2. Go to Dashboard > accounts
  3. Expand the account to use, and click on Profile
  4. Click on API credentials

Chase Paymentech

Submitter ID

You’ll need to contact Chase Paymentech customer support, and have them add a six-digit Submitter ID to your Chase account. This ID allows HostedPCI (the third-party vendor that we partner with to handle payments) to be able to send payments to your Chase account.

CyberSource

  1. Log in to the Business Center.
  2. In the left navigation panel, choose Account Management > Transaction Security Keys.
  3. On the next page, click Security Keys for the SOAP Toolkit API.
  4. Click Generate Key. The new key will appear in the textbox below the button.
  5. Copy the key and enter it below. (Make sure there are no line breaks in the key.)
    *Note: you may also download the key using the Download button. This will create a text file containing the key..

First Data (Global Gateway only)

The Gateway ID can be found on the Administration tab under Terminals and then Details. Also from that screen you can set up your password by clicking on "Generate" or change the existing password. Password must be a minimum of 8 characters with at least one letter and number and should contain only letters, numbers, dashes (-), and underscores (_). You must then click on "Update" at the bottom of that screen.

When using the automatic generator to create a password, it should be noted that the generator creates a 32 character password.

IATS

Sage Pay

Log into your Sage Pay Administrator Dashboard.

If you've never generated API Credentials, you'll need to click the "Create API credentials" button on the main page. Copy the Username and Form Integration Encryption Password from here.

NOTE: Commerce transactions are not compatible with this Payment Gateway.

"Authorize and Capture" means that the transaction is processed completely at the moment of submission. “Authorize only” means that the respondent's credit card is authorized for the amount, but the funds are not actually captured for transfer into your account until you login to your Payment Gateway and manually approve the transaction. 99% of users use "Authorize and Capture".​​​

Bambora

Log into your Bambora account.

Go to Administration > Account Settings > Order Settings.

Select the Username/Password option and select or create a username and password for your gateway.

Copy the MerchantID and Currency from the top right of the screen.
