Delivering brilliant ideas and brain food to make your job easier.

SparkTracks-New

Friday, September 28, 2018 | 8:00 am - 2:00 pm EDT

InspirED School Marketers and Finalsite present SparkTracks, a day of professional development that comes to you while you sit with your computer and coffee, wearing your fuzzy slippers. No need to travel, leave your family and pets behind, don your business duds, or stay in hotel rooms.

We’ll bring best-in-class private school marketing and communications advice to your screen while you multitask and get even more out of your day. InspirED and Finalsite are both thought-leaders in private school marketing and communications and uniquely qualified to speak on topics that you’re dying to know more about.

SparkTracks is free to Finalsite schools or we charge a reasonable fee for those who aren’t. Let us help make your job easier.

Information

Who should attend?

SparkTracks is geared toward private school administrators whose responsibilities include marketing and/or communications with an eye toward enrollment, retention, development, alumnae/i relations, community relations and internal communications. Think that’s you? So did we.

What's the benefit to me?

During SparkTracks, you’ll get boatloads of brain food to make your job easier and your school’s marketing more effective and efficient. We want you to work smarter, not harder. InspirED and Finalsite will present a series live webinars presented by professionals at the top of their game on wide-ranging topics relevant to your job today, pinpoint challenges everyone shares and provide best-practice solutions. SparkTracks will also feature makeovers and assessments of private school websites to inspire you to review your own website and take it to a higher level.

We promise the webinars will be:

  • Personalized: Ask your specific questions in real time and get answers. (Think custom consultant at your fingertips.)
  • Enlightening: Hear what your peers are asking. (No, you’re not alone with your challenges.)
  • Convenient & Long Lasting: Sign up, watch recordings later or over again, when and where you want to. (Because we really don’t expect all of you to be with us the entire day, but for those who are, we’ll have a drawing for Finalsite swag to be sent to the dedicated souls who stayed glued to their screens.)
  • Affordable: SparkTracks is free to Finalsite schools and all others will pay a reasonable fee significantly less than conventional conferences. (Waaaay less.)
  • Goes a Long Way: Share recordings with your colleagues at school so they know what you now know
  • Applicable: Qualifies for professional development hours. (Your email is proof. Easy peasy.)

Who are the presenters?

SparkTracks is led by Rob and Liza Norman of InspirED School Marketers and Turnaround Marketing and Communications as well as the thought-leaders at Finalsite, the leading private school web services company in the United States. These two teams have a wealth of national presentation experience at private school conferences including TABS, NAIS, CASE/NAIS, SSATB/EMA, AISAP, SBSA, SparkTracks as well as dozens of regional private school associations.

Will I be “sold to”?

Not at all. Both InspirED and Finalsite want you to walk away with practical information you can take action on immediately at your school, not sell you something. (But if you find you’d like to know more about Finalsite and aren’t a client yet, naturally we won’t object -- we’re not that dumb!) You’ll see that some sessions involve using the Finalsite platform as a base for instruction, but there will be no “sales pitches.”

How much is it?

SparkTracks is free to Finalsite schools (whoo hoo!). It’s $149 for those who aren’t, an affordable fee that will deliver a huge bang for your buck. If you walk away with only five ideas (but it will be much more than that), it will be worth it. Plus, you can view the recordings over and over, reference them later when you need them, and share them with colleagues at school. (The gift that keeps on giving.)
