• Sign in Manually: Enter the email address you used when creating your account and password.
• Sign in with SSO (Single Sign-On): Select either the Google or Microsoft options to SSO in. 

Pro-Tip: If you already have a parent portal account, you don’t need to make a new account here. Your login info is the same in the Parent Portal and Finalsite Explore. Just log in or SSO in with your existing account and you’ll be good to go. 

Nope! If you already have a parent portal account, you can simply log into Finalsite Explore with your existing credentials.

There is a forgot password link on the login page. Selecting this will prompt enter the email address that you used to sign up. You’ll receive an email with password reset instructions.

Yep. If you create an account manually, you are required to verify your email address. You only have to do this once. 

From the login page, select the Resend Verification Link email to receive another verification email. 

Yep! Parent Portals have the same logins as Finalsite Explore. Whether you are returning to Finalsite Explore or visiting the checklist of a specific school, you will log in with the same email/password combination or SSO in.

Select the My Profile page from the username menu if you need to update student, parent, or household information.

Within that page:

• Select the plus icon to add another student, parent, or household.
• Select Edit Information to edit the information you’ve stored on a student, parent, or household.
• Select Delete to remove the student, parent, or household. If you select delete, you will be prompted to confirm the action.
