Finalsite Posts is an extremely flexible content module that enables contributors of all skill levels to share public content on their website and connected social media platforms without logging in as a site administrator — making it easy for them to add content for blogs, news, and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
Posts adds a dynamic view into the day-to-day life of students, volunteers, teachers, and parents at your school. Since Posts is an extension of your school’s website, each blog is branded with your site’s fonts and colors, and any updates will be fully integrated into the design.
With Posts, you can:
- Share blogs and other forms of content on your website(s) and connected social media platforms
- Approve or deny comments on each blog
- Schedule or publish each blog immediately
- Enable contributors to add content without logging in as a site admin
- Add files, links, images, or videos using a full-featured WYSIWYG editor
- Notify subscribers of a new post with email notifications or through RSS feeds
- Use Collections to display a custom selection of your best blogs
- Filter content and create an interactive user experience with Tags and Categories
- Share blogs on Facebook and Twitter with the same Posts thumbnail and plain text summary, or overwrite each for custom social media posts
- Direct Facebook and Twitter viewers back to your website with links that are automatically added to each shared post
