Finalsite and Blackbaud Integration

• User Data can pull information for nearly any role. An example of consumable data can include: Contact Information (email, phone, address), Name Information (first/last/middle, maiden, nickname, prefix/suffix, username), and Other (grade/graduating year, relationships, gender, degree/educational information, occupation, custom fields.)
   
• Admissions Data can be used with Finalsite’s Messages and Workflows modules to drive inbound marketing strategies.
   
• Athletics Data means admins can populate and update team events, rosters, and coaches in Finalsite Athletics Manager based on Blackbaud’s Education Management Portfolio data.
   
• Calendar Data is filtered through an iCal feed that can be used for receiving and sending calendar data to and from Finalsite.

Data flows from Blackbaud’s education management portfolio into Finalsite, ensuring that contact lists and online directories always have up-to-date information.

Automatic data transfers run every hour to refresh constituent information from Blackbaud’s Portfolio or RE NXT in Finalsite, meaning:

• No more duplicate data entry
• No longer trying to figure out which data is correct
• Have better trust in the data

All connections take place over a secure SSL connection, while an Intrusion Protection System continually scans incoming traffic for malicious activity, keeping constituent data safe.

Users will be able to authenticate into Finalsite via Blackbaud’s Education Management Portfolio.
